The Engineering
of Routine

This session

We all have routines.
Most of them chose us.

This session looks at routine through the lens of engineering — how habits are designed, how apps have been quietly engineering yours, and what it takes to build routines that actually stick. Expect frameworks, a game, honest conversation, and something practical to take home.

What to expect

Not a lecture.
Not a workshop.

Before you arrive

Come with something real in mind.

Think of one routine you're proud of and one you'd like to change. You don't have to share either. But arriving with something specific will make the evening more useful for you.

Questions

The usual ones.

Is this free?

Yes. No charge, no catch.

Who is this for?

People who find themselves intellectually curious but rarely get the space for it. If you've ever felt evenings could be spent better, this is probably for you.

Will I have to speak?

You won't be put on the spot. Conversation happens naturally. Participate as much or as little as you want.

What should I bring?

Just yourself. Everything else is provided.
